The charity’s work is focused on carrying out all endowment, charitable, advocacy, cultural and social projects and providing humanitarian and relief assistance to the afflicted and the needy, as well as holding training courses and symposiums and charitable and humanitarian, and is keen to help the poor, orphans, widows, divorced and those with special needs. Al-Sidra Association for Psychological Care of Cancer Patients was established in 2012 with the belief in the importance of mental health and its effective and clear effects on patients' response physically to treatment. The Association’s team continues to research how to overcome all obstacles that may face cancer patients and provide the utmost psychological care, comfort and positive environment. In 2018, Sidra developed its services to meet other needs, such as providing financial support for patients unable to afford the cost of diagnosis and treatment at the Kuwait Cancer Center (such as providing a stamp in category of 10 Kuwaiti dinars, doctor visits and dispensing medicines - covering the costs of staying inside hospital wards - blood tests and radiology). In 2019, it started home care for advanced cancer patients, which aims to reduce burdens in the last stages of their lives.

The Al-Najat Charity was established in the State of Kuwait in 1978. Since its foundation, the Charity has adopted many initiatives to achieve its vision in addressing the problems of poverty, ignorance and disease. Schools were built with the aim of building good generations that contribute to the country's development, and assistance was provided to students who could fulfil their obligations. In order for the association to achieve its goals in the field of humanitarian work, it has established many zakat committees, through which it contributed to alleviating the suffering of the poor and needy, caring for orphans, and helping poor families - in Kuwait and abroad. The call to God (the Almighty) comes at the heart of the Charity’s interests, as it established the Islamic Presentation Committee, which set an honorable history in disseminating the tolerant message of Islam. The Charity is also involved with sustainable development projects, through implementing economic empowerment projects, multi-service centers, water and health projects.

The concept of "Hayatt" dates back to 2003 when its founder Mrs. Ruqayah Abdulwahab Alqatami (Oum Qais Abdullah Thaunayyn Alghanim) was already involved in charitable work for several years providing medicine and other assistance to patients. After living through the ordeal of witnessing her own grandson receiving his cancer treatment outside his home country, Oum Qais decided to make a difference to the lives of expatriates with cancer living in Kuwait. Hayatt was founded to be part of the "Ruqayah Abdulwahab Alqatami Charity Foundation" and was officially recognized by the Ministry of Social Affairs in 2008. Due to the heavy burden that breast cancer places on the community and the commitment required, the association decided in 2012 to focus on reducing the heavy financial and emotional burden caused by breast cancer on the sufferers. The Hayatt Foundation is composed of a group of concerned volunteer women dedicated to serving their community and alleviating the suffering caused by this disease.

From Hessa Al-Ghanim Mosque in 1992, the beginning of a charitable work that continued for 27 years was a history full of charitable and humanitarian accomplishments of the pioneers of this mosque (the endowment of Al-Ghanim and Al-Othman Mosque). This good endowment resulted in great philanthropic achievements thanks to God Almighty, from building mosques, digging wells, building schools and universities, building and sponsoring orphanages, that spread its light and fruits in countries around the world, and from the womb of this blessed endowment, and after gaining experience, the members of the endowment decided to hand over the banner of goodness for a new generation to acquire the experiences they gained in the endowment, and from here it was decided to stop the work of the endowment and start expanding and in order to complete this blessed path, the Humanitarian Excellence Association was established ( Ministry of Social Affairs Decision No. (124/1) of 2016 ) as a non-profit charitable association based in Kuwait that deals with humanitarian charitable work and volunteering in all its fields.

Patients Helping Fund Society was founded in the State of Kuwait in 1979 via a group of Kuwaiti doctors to help the patients. At that time, it was a committee affiliated to Al-Najat Charity, which graciously supported its various activities. Then it was called PHFS. Based upon the Cabinet Decision No. (282) adopted in its meeting No. 11/2005 - 03/20/2005, the Ministry of Social Affairs declared PHFS an independent charitable society via Ministerial Resolution No. 91/2005 - 06/05/2005. The PHFS grew and its achievements in healthy development increased for the various segments of community.

Elaaf Charity Association

The association began its work in charitable causes and projects of public benefit in the form of a committee under the name “Al-Falah Charity Committee” on March 1, 1981 AD. The committee continued to provide its services in accordance with the objectives of its formation until the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor issued Ministerial Resolution No. Charity" on 11/26/2000 AD and registered with the Ministry under No. 100 and licensed to establish charitable projects.

On 20/2/2018, the Tolerance Association for Charitable Works was declared:
     Aims and objectives of the association:
   a) Providing humanitarian, charitable, relief and health services to the afflicted and needy
          Outside Kuwait.
